Our recent stay at the Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa in Goa was nothing short of magical, exceeding all expectations and creating a truly memorable experience, especially considering it was our 5-month-old baby's first trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were remarkable, making us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. Travelling with an infant can be challenging, but the team at the Taj Fort Aguada went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. They were incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. We were touched by their genuine affection for our baby, always ready with a smile or a playful interaction, making our little one feel like a star. What truly stood out was the exceptional service: Personalized Attention: The staff took a personal interest in ensuring our baby's comfort. They ensured that our room was equipped with everything we needed, from a crib to timely bottle sterilizations for feeding. Going the Extra Mile: On several occasions, the staff surprised us with thoughtful gestures by the HK staff. They also provided us with a complimentary baby kit filled with essential toiletries, which was thoughtful. Seamless Experience: The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient. The staff handled our luggage with care and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beyond the exceptional service, the resort itself is stunning. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The sprawling grounds provided ample space for leisurely walks with our baby, and the serene atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The Taj Fort Aguada truly understands the needs of families travelling with young children.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and all the different options. The room was great as well with the balcony overlooking the fort and beach. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was close to Aguada Fort. Being able to take hotel transportation to the other Taj for dining options was nice also. The service was good and the hotel property was very well maintained with a beautiful garden in the back. The hotel restaurants were good overall.

The sea view was unbelievably beautiful, as was the garden setting. We also liked the privacy of the cottage and its decor. It was fun to explore both Taj properties and eat in various restaurants. Our favorite was the Banyan Tree, and we were pleasantly surprised with the variety at Caravela in the early evening. We are glad we chose the Fort Aguada Taj because it felt more intimate and because we didn't like the alcohol bar mentality at the Holiday Village pool. Kudos to Kailash in housekeeping and Aarushi at the breakfast buffet. We decided halfway through our stay that we didn't want to take any more tours. Why leave the fabulous Taj Fort Aguada resort when it was the best part of our vacation?

This property is outstanding and the staff knows how to treat their guests. We booked a Sea view cottage and we were facing some water issues on floor due to which the floor got slippery(mind it.. it's monsoon in Goa and these things tend to happen), Once we raised the concern , their team immediately took action and even gave us an Upgrade to a most beautiful and comfortable Hermitage Villa. The staff is very welcoming and special Thanks to Ms. Abigail for making our stay so comfortable and she even arrange caked and gifts for our special occasion. The whole property, The view of sea , breakfast area , everything is just amazing. However the more important part is The staff. You guys Rock and knows your Job. We truly appreciate the services and attentiveness of the staff. The added personal touch of care was heartwarming by Ms. Abigail and Ms. Megha. You both made our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. We are really impressed, every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccable, Food buffet was delicious, services were really prompt and the amenities were top-notch. The staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable.
